follow friday: my favorite plant-based instagram accounts

Happy Friday! We made it! There really are weeks when it feels like Friday will never come – seeing as how I woke up Tuesday morning and immediately thought “it’s Friday!” only to realize it was definitely not Friday… I’d have to say it was one of those long weeks for me.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared some of my favorite Instagram accounts with y’all, so I wanted to list some of my recent faves! So here are a few apps that I have found made my Instagram easier to work with.

how blogging has helped my anxiety

how blogging has helped my anxiety

The main problem with anxiety is that you get completely stuck in your head – like, super stuck. You feel like a broken record and no matter how hard you try to talk it out or talk yourself down, you can feel yourself continue to spiral to the point of a physical and mental breakdown.
