Welcome back to another Wellness Wednesday, friends! It’s been a while since I’ve talked about mental health but it’s been on my mind quite a bit lately. For once in my life I feel like I have a pretty good handle on my anxiety, but it’s definitely taken a lot of discipline + self-evaluation to get to where I am. It’s Friday, folks, and it’s already spring break season! For me (even though I’m not a student anymore) this time of year tends to be a reality check when it comes to my health – am I where I wanted to be? Have I been as disciplined as I should have been? Regardless of the answer, I try not to beat myself up. Instead, I use it as an opportunity to learn what has or hasn’t worked for me and what I can fix moving forward.
When it comes to my workouts, having a motivational playlist is a must. Is this the most dramatic season of The Bachelor… ever? Quite possibly. I think it’s safe to officially say this season has been nothing short of a hot mess. Colton in and of himself if a very sweet, sensitive guy which already accounts for half the meltdowns lol. On top of that, these girls are quite possibly the most immature group I’ve seen (but what do I know, I don’t normally consistently watch The Bachelor) and are constantly causing problems.
