It’s Friday, folks, and it’s already spring break season! For me (even though I’m not a student anymore) this time of year tends to be a reality check when it comes to my health – am I where I wanted to be? Have I been as disciplined as I should have been? Regardless of the answer, I try not to beat myself up. Instead, I use it as an opportunity to learn what has or hasn’t worked for me and what I can fix moving forward.
When it comes to my workouts, having a motivational playlist is a must. I feel like it’s no shocker that a playlist can really make or break your workout – for me, having a playlist that excites + pumps me up increases the chances that I’m going to follow through with it, so I wanted to share my current workout playlist!
I tend to listen to a combination of rap, pop, EDM, and hard rock while I workout – just as a warning, some of the songs are explicit. Spotify doesn’t offer many clean versions, so I wanted to provide the head’s up so I don’t shock anybody lol.
