Happy Wednesday, readers! I hope you are all hanging tight to some of the fitness goals you set for yourself in the new year! I know I have a preference for the gym setting for my workouts and attending fitness classes, but I know some of you either don’t have gym memberships or prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home.

For today’s Wellness Wednesday I wanted to share some of my favorite home workout routines, whether you solely workout at home or simply opt to do one versus going to the gym on a particular day. I made sure these workouts use minimal/no equipment so it’s one less excuse to keep you from getting your body moving.
In my experience, finding at-home workout videos can be tough – I always want to make sure it’s fun and catches my attention but can also challenge me. That’s why I personally love FabFitFun TV over YouTube because they always have a great collection of workouts for all fitness levels to choose from that have a fun, cute vibe. Plus, they collaborate quite a bit with Brooke Burke, whose workouts I love! FFF TV is only available through subscription, but luckily, I was able to find some of the workouts on their YouTube channel for you to check out + try for yourself.
Let’s be honest, no one’s mad about having a toned booty. Swimsuit season is creeping up on us, and let’s not forget that the glutes are considered a part of your core (so it’s not all about planks and crunches!)
This workout is going to keep your whole body going and your heart pumping! HIIT styled workouts are great for getting strength + cardio together for optimal results. You’ll get tired but you’re going to feel unstoppable when you’re done!
Abs are made in the kitchen, but working them out is important too! With spring break and summer being right around the corner, we’re all at the point that we’re willing to feel the burn if it means feeling confident in our bathing suits.
Be sure to let me know how you enjoyed the workouts!
