this is a post I’ve been looking to do for quite some time now and I really question why + how I haven’t gotten around to it yet. but I’m so excited to finally share some fun products with y’all!
when it comes to beauty + personal care, it’s really no secret to anyone anymore that arbonne is my go-to. I love that it stands for pure, safe, and beneficial products and that I can feel + look great without having to worry about what I’m putting on (or in!) my body. but, as a blogger I aim to bring you honest reviews of different kinds of products for those who might have zero interest in arbonne (although I have to say you are really, really missing out if that’s the case!) there will be times when I’ll rave about my favorite arbonne products, but I am making a point to be sure I talk about other products as well, especially since I am always getting new products to try out in my fabfitfun boxes. I love getting to try out new skincare + beauty products without having to break the bank, so fabfitfun really gives me the chance to do so (my boxes usually retail for over $300 and I only pay $49!)
the majority of the products will be beauty + personal care, but I have a couple non-beauty products I want to share with you too. so, here we go! this post includes affiliate links, meaning, at no cost to you, I will earn commission if you click through and make a purchase. for the link to my replicated Arbonne site, you can visit my affiliations + discounts tab.

navy hair care dry texture spray // as someone with thick hair (which I love) my hair can easily be weighed down and can make it hard to maintain the volume and texture I want, but this product has been a game changer for me! it gives me the best ponytails + messy buns because it gives my hair the volume + grip it needs to hold onto whatever style I’m trying to give it. plus it acts as a dry shampoo too, so it’s perfect for whenever my roots are looking a little greasy + need a boost. uv protection, paraben free, and the packaging is eco-friendly! save 20% using discount code SM20.
kiss eyelashes, pageboy // less than $9 for 5 pairs of natural looking lashes – yes please! sometimes false lashes just complete my look and make me feel pretty badass. lately I’ve been using poise, but I have used “shy” and “pompadour” in the past and have loved them too, but I think “pageboy” looks the most full + most natural. I always use the kiss lash glue, too.
arbonne intensive renewal serum // like I said, I obviously love everything arbonne so I promise to only rave about the ones I am head over heels for but!!!! intensive renewal serum!!!! this revolutionized the accutane-dried skin for me when I was on the medication. my skin felt completely hydrated + silky smooth. I apply morning and night after cleansing but before moisturizing.

grown alchemist polishing facial exfoliant, pink grapefruit. I got this product as a part of my fall fabfitfun box, and I was excited to try it because it looks like it has similar ingredient policies to arbonne (I’m a bit of an ingredient snob, sorry not sorry) but this product was just not my favorite. I liked the scent (fruity, but not overbearing) and the packaging is nice. but when it comes to exfoliating, I’m more of a fan of buffing/fine exfoliants, which this one was not. plus it wasn’t very good at getting my makeup off – with products in the past, it’s always made me wonder how good of a job it’s doing getting dirt/grime off. if anything, I would stick to just using it in the morning when I don’t have much to wash off. however, I would be interested in trying out other products to supplement my arbonne skincare regimen. I’m not opposed to the company, I just wasn’t a fan of this particular product.
murad skin perfecting lotion. another fabfitfun box find but I have to say that I am not a fan. so far the only thing I can find about the quality of the ingredients in these products is that it’s cruelty free – which is great, but that’s not the only thing that matters to me. I’ve tried this product a handful of times and I just couldn’t get myself to like it, whether it was because of my skin type or what, but I thought the lotion made me feel kind of greasy and after a few uses it would make me breakout, yet it’s not hydrating either. so this lotion might only work if you are blessed with normal, non-acne-prone skin, but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.
