I’m having such a hard time grasping the fact that 2018 is already halfway over. this year so far feels like such a blur – lots of ups and downs alike, but I’ve been finding a lot of strength through it, too. I’m looking forward to what the last half of the year has to offer. today I wanted to round-up my favorite posts of the year so far!

I love sharing about mental health because I feel like it’s so important to be raw and vulnerable when it comes to reminding others they’re not alone and that there are various solutions to help you on a day-to-day basis, as well as ways to find professional help. the following are some of my favorite posts this year:

community + mental health   |   how I cope with a bad day   |   mental health medication + faith

a young professional’s guide to finances   |   beauty beneath the surface
